Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During product launches, limited-edition releases, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

Domestic and international shipping

We may offer both domestic and international shipping, depending on product availability and destination.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees that may apply upon delivery.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect shipping information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Oath Play is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, stolen, or delayed shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Oath Play is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.

Pre-orders and limited releases

If a product is listed as a pre-order or part of a limited release, estimated shipping timelines may differ from standard processing times. Any applicable shipping timing will be noted on the product page where relevant.
