Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Damages or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at rod@oath.law so we can review the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once your return is approved and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Items must still be returned in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
